Steeple Bumpstead Surgery: A new provider of Primary Medical Services

The provider of General Practitioner (GP) services for patients registered at the Steeple Bumpstead Surgery will change from midnight on 30 October 2019.

The services are currently provided by Provide Community Interest Company (CIC).  From the morning of 31 October 2019, the surgery will become a branch of the Clements Surgery in Haverhill which is managed by Suffolk GP Federation.   

A patient information session took place on Monday 28 October 2019 and an document FAQ document (55 KB) for all patients has been produced.
