Help us to help you have a healthier future

In our series of events ‘Healthier Futures’ we will explore what the NHS Five Year Forward View (5YFV) means for the people of west Essex. It will be your chance to engage with some really critical issues within wellbeing, health and social care.

Next year the NHS turns 70 and its services are world class. Our local GPs, hospitals, community services, ambulance services, social care providers and civil society partners make that so. It’s our responsibility to shape the local NHS so it continues to improve patient outcomes; drive up quality, provide place-based care at the right time and remains affordable and sustainable.

There are two events in two different locations during June and July.

You are welcome to attend whichever location/date would be most convenient for you:

11th July – Murray Hall, Loughton 12.00 – 16.00

18th July – Foakes Hall, Dunmow 12.00 – 16.00

Lunch will be provided at 12.00 for a 13.00 start. The agenda for the upcoming Loughton event, can be found in our document library.

We will be asking for your views on the model of care provided in our hospitals, in primary care and in the community. In addition we will discuss how we work with our partners in the local NHS and social care to transform and sustain services.

What you tell us will directly influence our planning for healthcare delivery over the coming years.

Places are limited so please book your place and let us know which date you would like to attend. You can do this by using the links below:
